And it’s never too late to start (hey, the time is going to pass either way... might as well get started now).
When I learned to work with my brain instead of fighting it, not only did I become a neuropsychotherapist, author, and speaker, I also got to reclaim a sense of play. Life’s too short not to try things like surfing, mountain climbing, and even circus. (Maybe I’d gotten used to life being upside down?)
When you know how to move through change (even when you don't feel motivated or ready), you unlock a world of new experiences and meaningful connections.
