Official bio

Britt Frank is a licensed neuropsychotherapist, speaker, and author. She received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her Master’s degree from the University of Kansas, where she later became an award-winning adjunct professor.

In her acclaimed book, The Science of Stuck (Penguin Random House), Britt offers simple, science-backed tools to building the life you want. Now available in eight languages, The Science of Stuck has been recognized by SHRM, Esquire, The Next Big Idea Club, and New York Magazine as a must-read.

Britt's keynotes include her wilder-than-fiction backstory. She was in chaotic relationships, burned out at work, and had a long list of dangerous habits. Even though life seemed fine on the outside, behind the scenes her life was a self-described “hot mess.” When she learned what she now teaches, everything changed.

Life isn't easy, but change isn't complicated. This stuff works. And anyone can do it.
